The 2019 release of Cask Aged Gin once again sees Durham Distillery's classic Durham Gin rested in American Bourbon and Spanish Sherry casks but this time for almost 18 months! The 3 casks produced just over 1,000 bottles and have given the liquid a wonderfully richness of colour and amazing depth of flavour.
